General ACROFITNESS

Beginning and intermediate, Non-stop movement combining non-competition gymnastic tumbling and fun fitness skills. Classes are divided according to age

 

Advanced Tumbling

Girls must be able to pull up from back bend. Emphasis on walkover and handspring skills. Fitness Plus class strongly recommended for ultimate conditioning. Boys must have a back extension.

 

Elite Tumbling

Must have a consistent standing back handspring, roundoff back handspring, and a front handspring. Fitness Plus class strongly recommended for ultimate conditioning.

 

Fitness Plus

Unique fitness and team specific performance skills. Student must be at the Advanced Tumbling level to participate in this class.

 

AcroCheer

Cheerleading basics -arms, jumps, stunts, and cheer specific tumbling

 

 

Trix

A class based on learning the elements of stunts and lifts. This is a required class for AllStar.

 

Xtreme Tumbling

Student must be able to walk on hands for 30 feet, consistent consecutive standing back handsprings, roundoff and standing back tuck, girls must have all walk over skills, and superior technique is mandatory

 

Teams

Fitness is Fun Promoters. Must have above average skill, committment & dedication to the Acrofitness program. 1 year of Acrofitness required or a teacher recommendation. Tryout required.

 

Acro HipHop

Funky, "clean" hiphop combined with a little break dancing & our unique fitness moves. This class may be substituted by team members for fitness plus. This is a fitness plus class with a dance flare.

Advanced Hip Hop

Does not include any tumbling. With teacher recommendation

 

"EYP"

Exercise your personality

The class will give you the actor/actress a chance to shine. Students in this class will play an intricate role in our end of year Fitness Festival. Must be 10 years and older.

 

 

AcroSport

Small group choreography, intensified training in fitness and tumbling. Tryout required.

 

 

C & D Urban Tumble

This is a "free running styled" tumbling class for the elite tumbler.

 

 

The Quickie

There's always time for a Quickie! A class everyBODY can do. This class will consist of short inervals of cardio and strength adaptable for every level from beginner to advanced.

 

PTS'S

"Personal Training Sessions" : Work wit a certified personal trainer solo or with a friend. Your sessions will be specific to your body's needsand will incorporate Pace equipment and other physical activity. By Apointment only

 

Privates

Set up a 30 minute training schedule with an instructor of your choice to work anything from fitness skills to tumbling skills. By appointment only.
