Fitness is Fun!

The Acrofitness teams are groups of Acrofitness trained children whose mission is to motivate their peers that fitness is fun. Each team presents a routine choreographed to popular music with unique fitness & street tumbling skills. They incorporate real life fitness props such as jump ropes, hoola hoops, & balls so that their children audiences can visualize and take ideas home.

 

The teams perform free wherever there are groups of children present.

 

Team Requirements:

Teams work out a minimum of three hours a week. Class requirements are Fitness Plus class, a tumbling class, & a team choreography class.

Allstar - 3 week camp commitment

Other Teams - 2 week camp commitment

 

Project ACES

All Children Excercise Simultaneously

The Acrofitness teams present Project ACES assemblies at local schools. Last Year Woodland Heights Elem., Lake Norman Elem., Lakeshore Elem., Mt. Mourne Elem., and Mooresville Intermediate all took part in the world's largest exercise class!
