Acro 1-3; Acro Intro 4+ Beginner & intermediate, non-stop movement combining non-competitive gymnastic tumbling and fun fitness skills. Classes are divided by age.
Students must be able to pull up from back bend (“bridge”) or must have a back extension. Emphasis on walkover and handspring skills.
Student must be able to walk on hands for 30 feet, consistent consecutive standing back handsprings, roundoff and standing back tuck. Girls must have all walk over skills, and superior technique is mandatory.
Beginner through advanced training for ages 12+
ACROFITNESS sampler; instruction in ACRO hip hop, cheer and tumbling
Ages 4+ Funky, “clean” hiphop dance combined with a little break dancing and our unique fitness moves. This class may be substituted by team members for fitness plus. This is a fitness plus class with a dance flare.
Licensed Zumba instructor teaches Zumba cardio Ages 12+
Concentration on acrobatic skills, splits, heel stretch and stunts; flexibility, strength and balance training; ages 8+ or teacher recommendation.
