Beginner - intermediate tumbling and fitness level. Focus is on mastering the foundation of tumbling and fitness skills; Ages 4-7
The perfect class for walkers to age 3! Mommy (or any important guardian) is invited to participate with their child until they are ready to take the class independently. Age appropriate obstacle courses, tumbling and musical games are incorporated into 45 minutes of instruction, followed by 15 minutes of supervised play in our state of the art jungle gym.
Students must be able to pull up from back bend (“bridge”) or must have a back extension. Emphasis on walkover and handspring skills.
Student must be able to walk on hands for 30 feet, consistent consecutive standing back handsprings, roundoff and standing back tuck. Girls must have all walk over skills, and superior technique is mandatory.
Beginner through advanced training; Ages 12+
ACROFITNESS sampler; instruction in ACRO hip hop, stunting and tumbling; Ages 4+
Funky, “clean” hiphop dance combined with a little break dancing and our unique fitness moves; Ages 4+
Acro hip hop (see description above) combined with musical theater instruction
Latin inspired cardio dance combined with Acro exclusive fitness skills; Ages 12+
Concentration on acrobatic skills, splits, heel stretch and stunts; flexibility, strength and balance training; Ages 8+ or teacher recommendation
